Prison 2 Praise Ministries is unique because we offer a continuum of care that spans prevention, incarceration, reentry, and empowerment. Every stage is designed not only to restore lives, but also to honor survivors and victims of crime while preventing new harm from happening.

RISE Inside
12 Weeks · 24 Sessions
Transformation from within
RISE Inside is a structured 12-week, 24-session curriculum delivered inside correctional facilities for youth and adults. This program helps participants confront trauma, break cycles of addiction, and rebuild their identity in Christ. With sessions on resilience, emotional healing, neuroplasticity, and faith-based recovery, RISE Inside prepares participants not just for release, but for lifelong transformation.
RISE Forward
12 Weeks · 24 Sessions ·
Walking into freedom with purpose
RISE Forward serves men and women after release, equipping them with the tools to successfully reintegrate into family, work, and community life. The program combines workforce readiness, emotional intelligence, spiritual maturity, and family reintegration with mentorship and discipleship. Unlike many reentry programs, RISE Forward integrates employment skills and faith, empowering participants to live with dignity, accountability, and hope.

Second Act: Theater for Redemption
Creativity that transforms
Second Act engages participants in theater, drama, and performance arts as a form of healing and testimony. Youth and adults write, perform, and share stories that process trauma, embrace accountability, and celebrate restoration. These performances inspire both participants and audiences, turning creative expression into a tool for redemption.
Faith-Based Recovery Groups
Christ-centered freedom from addiction
These small groups provide a safe and supportive space for youth and adults to confront addiction and destructive behaviors. Rooted in biblical truth and accountability, participants gain the tools to walk in freedom, healing, and wholeness. Our groups complement traditional recovery models while keeping Christ as the foundation.

Job Readiness Training
Workforce and leadership development
We prepare participants for the workforce through practical training in resume writing, interview skills, workplace responsibility, and leadership. What makes our training unique is the emphasis on character development and servant leadership, ensuring participants are not just employable but positioned to thrive as leaders in their communities.
Street2Startup: Our Entrepreneurship Accelerator
Real skills. Real sales. Real change.
Street2Startup is our 12-week entrepreneurship accelerator turning real hustle into lawful income. Participants move from idea to first sale: real customers, clear offers, cost-based pricing, simple branding, and a week-one launch plan. Labs complete EIN, banking, AZ licensing/TPT, contracts, and bookkeeping. Graduates present at Pitch Night and receive 90-day coaching to drive revenue.

Restore Circles
Community-based restorative justice
Restore Circles bring together justice-impacted individuals, survivors of crime, families, and community members in guided circles of accountability and healing. These gatherings allow truth to be spoken, forgiveness to be sought, and reconciliation to begin. Restore Circles are vital because they honor victims while offering participants the opportunity to make things right.
Hope Ambassadors
Turning restoration into advocacy
Hope Ambassadors are graduates of our programs who step into advocacy, mentorship, and leadership roles. They represent Prison 2 Praise Ministries in schools, churches, prisons, and community events, sharing testimonies of transformation. By turning restored lives into voices of hope, Hope Ambassadors inspire others and extend the ripple effect of change.

Youth Programs:
Prevention, Respect & Leadership
RISE Before the Fall
Prevention through awareness and empowerment
RISE Before the Fall gives youth a clear picture of the real consequences of crime, addiction, and incarceration before they take root. Through testimonies, storytelling, and interactive lessons, students are challenged to think critically about their choices, develop resilience, and embrace their God-given potential. The program not only prevents cycles of harm but inspires young people to rise as leaders who influence their peers in positive ways.
RISE to Respect
Youth-focused empathy, accountability, and leadership
RISE to Respect empowers youth to build empathy, self-respect, and courage in the face of today’s challenges. By addressing issues like bullying, peer pressure, and insecurity, the program teaches students how to handle conflict, value themselves, and treat others with dignity. Survivor stories, reflective exercises, and guided discussions help youth understand the real impact of harmful behavior on victims, families, and communities. Above all, RISE to Respect develops emotional accountability and strengthens leadership skills, preparing youth to stand as examples of compassion, courage, and respect.
