Meet Our Team

President, Board of Directors
DeLonne Escoffery
DeLonne Escoffery is a proud Arizona native whose life embodies resilience, redemption, and leadership. Growing up during the height of the crack epidemic, he faced adversity early on, including the loss of his father at age five and the challenges of being raised by a single mother. Like many young men in his community, he became entangled with the criminal justice system at a young age, yet what could have ended his story instead became the foundation for transformation. During his incarceration, DeLonne embraced faith, accountability, and service. At the Stiner Unit in 2015, he helped expand Christian services from zero to more than 125 men weekly and developed two original courses: No Excuses: Inside & Out and Financial Accountability: Creating Wealth from Scratch, which equipped over 350 men with tools for growth and financial literacy. His leadership inspired hope for countless others and reshaped the trajectory of his own life. Since his release in 2021, DeLonne has become a mentor, speaker, and entrepreneur, working with organizations such as Saint Mary’s Food Bank, Our Black Father’s Committee, and the Arizona Burn Foundation. He also co-founded and serves as Executive Director of The Growth Spot Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to agriculture, environmental stewardship, and entrepreneurship. Today, as President of the Board of Directors for Prison2Praise Ministries, DeLonne draws on his lived experience and entrepreneurial vision to champion faith-driven rehabilitation, advocate for systemic change, and help restore underserved communities into thriving centers of hope. He resides in the Valley with his son, DeShawn, and his fiancée, Yolette.

Honored and respected by peers and community members alike, Apostle Holt has left a lasting imprint on every place he has served. His life’s work embodies resilience, empathy, and unwavering devotion to God’s people. He continues to preach and teach the Gospel with passion, serving as an instrument of healing, truth, and transformation. Founder & Executive Director
Frantz Beasley
Frantz Beasley is the Founder and Executive Director of Prison 2 Praise Ministries. His journey of redemption began while serving time in prison, when the aftermath of the September 11th attacks sparked a profound spiritual awakening. That moment of reckoning reshaped not only his relationship with God but also his recognition of the pain his past had caused others. It birthed in him a sacred conviction: true restoration requires accountability, remorse, and a life lived in service to victims and survivors of crime. From that calling, Frantz has dedicated his life to building a restorative movement where victims are remembered, their voices prioritized, and their pain never erased. Today he is a nationally recognized advocate for missing and murdered women of color and a leading voice in the fight against human trafficking. In 2010, he co-founded AZ Common Ground, supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration. In 2019, he launched Respect Our Daughters, a survivor-centered nonprofit providing trauma-informed support for women who have endured sex trafficking. He also founded the Makarios Youth Prevention Project, which mentors young people of color and equips them to avoid early justice involvement. Frantz’s advocacy has carried him across the nation. In 2022, he completed a 4,100-mile walk across the United States to raise awareness about the trafficking and exploitation of women of color. This was followed by a 500-mile walk in 2023 leading up to the Super Bowl and an awareness walk in Alaska, spotlighting the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women in Native communities. His leadership extends locally as well, serving on the African American Advisory Councils for both the Phoenix Mayor and the Chief of Police, where he advocates for public safety reforms that elevate victims’ voices and advance restorative justice. Prison 2 Praise Ministries is not built on theory; it is built on lived experience, personal accountability, and a relentless desire to make things right. Every program, every decision, and every message reflects Frantz’s unwavering commitment: to honor those who have been harmed, and to ensure those who have caused harm never forget their responsibility to restore.
